No announcement has been made about screen sizes or prices at this time. Sony have obviously been watching the growing freesat market since launch in May 2008 and realised there is a real consumer demand for integrated freesat HD TV’s following Panasonics success with integrated freesat HD TV’s.

Having Sony on board the freesat platform can only be beneficial for freesat’s future and hopefully will encourage more manufacturers to follow.
