Humax today announced that the latest update HZPTSF 1.00.10 for the FOXSAT-HD freesat set top box will be released shortly, our understanding it is provisionally scheduled for an OTA (Over The Air) broadcast on Monday evening June 30. The update will hopefully resolve DVI limitation, Screen Ratio and Picture Formats and other issues: Model: FOXSAT-HD Again ITV have messed up with their interactive “press red for HD” on freesat channel 103 for HD compliant freesat set top boxes. The HD High Definition Goodmans GFSAT200HD originally priced at £149.99 at launch is now £119.99 at Currys and Dixons. The SD Standard Definition Goodmans GFSAT100SD originally priced at £69.99 at launch is now £40.54 at Dixons only. The BBC are currently trying to resolve the issue although no completion time has been issued so far. freesatadvice has today learnt that the remaining ITV regions will be added to freesat EPG by end of June, this is despite rumours circulating on the internet that there is a “problem” with adding the remaining regions, apparently there was an issue when freesat first launched which would have caused problems to other functions on [...] |
